Taryn Morris leads the customer experience team for Sub-Saharan Africa after spending the last four years in Driver Operations. In this role she focuses on providing world class support to both riders and driver-partners, both in person and virtually. This role gives her insights into Uber’s customers and allows her to be the voice of the customer, ultimately aiming to reduce the need for support by providing magical and flawless experiences for all Uber’s customers.
Taryn has been with the Uber since September 2014 and previously worked in Management Consulting, specifically focusing on business analysis and business strategy projects.
Growing up in South Africa and Australia, Taryn has a passion for entrepreneurship and disruptive technology. She completed a double degree of B.Com/LL.B from the University of Sydney.
