Alan Jones is a season player in the local and international Contact Centre and Customer Experience arena. His knowledge and expertise covers technical aspects of telecommunications and a number of Contact Centre platforms gained through hands on experience of working for both local Contact Centre VAR’s/ SI’s as well as globally recognised contact center vendor, Avaya and now the global CX leader Genesys. He is currently a Senior Solution Consultant with Genesys based in Cape Town. Alan fully grasps the urgency and necessity for customers and service providers across all industry vertical to fully embrace the importance of delivering an iconic Customer Experience (CX) to their customers in ordr to remain relevant and viable in the modern business environment.
